By using the Photo Where mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Photo Where is designed to help you identify locations and landmarks. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or harmful purposes, including the harassment of others or the collection of sensitive personal information.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload to the app. By using our services, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing you with identification results.
Some features of Photo Where require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI results can occasionally be incorrect. Photo Where is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided by the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
